Pricing questions
Is anything usage-based?
Only video storage you host with us, and the included storage is generous: 200 GB on Starter, 1 TB on Professional, 2 TB on Business. Learners, enrollments, administrators, trainers, coaches, courses, cohorts, e-mails and certificates are unlimited in every plan. Need more storage? It is an add-on, and we tell you before you get close. Unlimited means unlimited for running your own training business. On clear misuse, such as reselling access, automated mass sign-ups or using DeltaSkill as general file storage, we talk to you first and may limit the account.
Do I need anything else on top of DeltaSkill?
Very little. A video-conferencing tool for live sessions and coaching, from about €5 a month per host; DeltaSkill connects to Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Nextcloud Talk. A Stripe or Mollie account if you take card payments; bank transfer needs nothing extra. For Course Studio, an account with a speech provider that you pay by usage. Your website and domain stay where they are. Everything from booking to certificates is in DeltaSkill.
I want to add coaching. Which plan do I need?
Professional. It adds coaching programs, together with verifiable credentials, Course Studio and the API for your own website. Starter runs the full chain from booking to certificate without them.
Are prices net? Which taxes apply?
All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. DeltaSkill is sold to businesses only. Austrian customers pay 20 % VAT; EU customers with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge.
Is the DPA really included?
Yes. Our data processing agreement (DPA, Art. 28 GDPR), with the sub-processor list as an annex, is part of every contract. Until the trust page is live, we send it on request before you talk to anyone.
Will you raise prices on me?
Price changes are announced at least 6 months ahead and never apply in the middle of a paid term; existing customers keep their plan structure. Early-Access customers keep their price locked for 3 years, on any plan.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Move up any time, the difference is prorated. Move down at the end of the term. Monthly plans cancel to the end of the month, yearly plans to the end of the term. Your data export and the credential verification pages stay available either way.
What happens to my Course Studio videos if I move down to Starter?
They keep playing in your courses. The slide decks behind them become read-only, so a new course version, a corrected slide or another language needs Professional again.
